Something motivated us to do so.

We found a method that worked for us.

But somehow it wasn’t enough. We lost our motivation. Our method stopped working – or we stopped working it.

It just didn’t MEAN enough to keep going, keep struggling…

Thirty years ago I lost 100 pounds and have kept a healthy weight since. How? I came to understand what I’ve come to call the FITEGIC TRILOGY. By practicing what I’ve come to call FITEGIC PLANNING. You CAN lose weight. You CAN maintain a healthy weight.  I promise you it’s not rocket science. Anyone can do it (including me, and I’m no more special than you are.)
